Prep Hockey Advisors was created to help parents who are looking for a more challenging ice hockey and academic path for their sons and daughters, but aren’t sure where to start.  The PHA team is highly-experienced in working with boarding school admissions teams, financial aid staffs and hockey coaches.  The company's co-owners served as the host family for a 9-year-old ice hockey player from Kharkov, Ukraine.  They helped the boy gain acceptance to a New England junior boarding school for 7th grade, then a short time later completed the same process for their own son who left home for 8th grade and their daughter who moved north for 9th grade .  Both boys matriculated from junior boarding school to prep school as 10th graders.  PHA's key principal spent nearly three decades as a boarding school headmaster and head of admissions.  The combined experience of PHA's three leaders gives the company a distinct advantage when it comes to guiding families through a lengthy process that can - at times - be challenging and frustrating.
